Cruising the backroads to the north and west of Dundas this morning, I came across a few typical winter birds, nothing especially unusual. This male Eastern Bluebird was in a small group of four birds.
A female - also in the party.
This was the first of two Northern Mockingbirds I encountered. I also saw a Northern Shrike, which was my first this winter.
